JOB SUMMMARY:

To assist with movement and verification of products with the warehouse. Assist with other warehouse documentation as necessary.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

1. To assist customers with orders for goods
2. To load and offload vans
3. To receive, sort and stack incoming goods
4. To select goods for delivery
5. To reconcile stock
6. To prepare credit memos as necessary
7. To prepare van delivery slips and stock transfer slips upon request
8. To receive and deliver documents between the office and the warehouse
9. To keep the warehouse and surrounding environs clean and tidy
10. To review invoices as they enter the warehouse
11. To file invoices and stock transfer documentation
12. To check bills and sort in numerical order
13. Any other related duties requested by management

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

1. Five O’ Levels including Mathematics and English Language.
2. Two years experience in a Warehousing environment.
