Financial Performance Analyst

This position is based in Grenada.

The incumbent will be responsible for utilizing analytical and quantitative methods to maximize supply chain processes for Carib Brewery (Grenada) Limited.

Key Duties include:

 Develops models to recommend inventory deployment configurations and optimize ordering parameters;
 Design and produce monthly internal reports and metrics to measure performance against contractual deliverables;
 Monitor and manage key performance indicators and utilize operating systems to execute root cause analysis;
 Manage supply chain data by designing, producing, analyzing, continuously improving, and presenting monthly logistics and supply chain metrics.

Qualification and/or Experience:
 BSc. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Management.
 Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an FMCG environment in a Finance or Analytics role.
 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint.
 High level of competence in Power BI and other analytical/data visualization tools.
 Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
