SALES SUPERVISOR
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead the Sales Team while delivering exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets. This role provides day-to-day supervision of showroom and sales floor activities, ensuring effective sales execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Direct and coordinate the sales activities to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
2. Analyze data to identify areas of business growth.
3. Assist in the monthly vehicle ordering proposal.
4. Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts and building relationships with key customers.
5. Oversee promotions and campaigns. Working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales/marketing plans and promotional/sales campaigns to achieve strategic objectives.
6. To provide clients with a presentation of commercial equipment inclusive of product knowledge of the equipment sold by the Company and those sold by competitors.
7. Sales Support & Closing: Assist sales representatives with customer negotiations, structure deals, and step in to help close transactions when required
8. Ensure all prospects must be entered into CDK to reflect an accurate monthly closing ratio. All sales leads next actions are to be entered into the system.
9. To adhere to the Company Sales & Delivery processes.
10. To utilize the Dealer Management System to track sales activity and to generate and maintain reports for the Department, inclusive of monitoring and tracking leads generation of each sales representative and providing weekly leads and sales reports for suppliers and the ANSA Motors Executive Team.
11. Keep abreast of product knowledge of models sold by the company and those sold by the competitors.
12. Oversee the pre-delivery process and coordinating activity.
13. Inventory & Floor Presentation: Inspect vehicle displays, maintain showroom readiness, and coordinate with inventory managers regarding stock availability and vehicle prepareation.
14. Assist with the valuation process and discuss value and equipment details prior to approval. All pre-accident valuations must be made in collaboration with the Sales Manager and signed by same.
15. Compliance & Reporting: Verify contract paperwork accuracy and ensure adherence to dealership policies and sales processes and guidelines.
16. Manage the assigned Sales Team, with responsibility on the following areas:
· Responsibility to recruit, train, motivate and manage performance.
· Route management and related KPIs within the Company’s specified timelines.
· Development, execution and monitoring sales plans and strategies.
17. Ensure all HSSE policies and procedures are strictly always enforced and adhered to.
18. Maintain a clean, tidy, safe and presentable working environment, ensuring that housekeeping is maintained, and security procedures enforced resulting in a safe and attractive work environment for customers and staff.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
· Minimum of 3-5 years’ sales experience, including supervisory or team leadership experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
· Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams and consistently achieve sales targets.
· Strong customer service, negation and relationship management skills.
· Excellent communication, coaching and analytical abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using a CRM/DMS platform is an asset.
