JOB TITLE: DRIVER – SHORT TERM RENTALS
OBJECTIVES AND GENERAL OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:
The Driver – Short Term Rentals serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the rental process, delivering exceptional customer service in accordance with Company and Europcar standards. The role is responsible for ensuring customer needs are met efficiently, supporting vehicle readiness, identifying upselling opportunities, and fostering positive customer relationships through professional communication and service excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To ensure best client service experience for guests:

- To always meet and greet clients in a professional and courteous manner ensuring a high level of professionalism and client service is always maintained.
- CX achievement of no less than 95% client satisfaction rating monthly
- To adhere to Company and Brand (Europcar) processes and policies in support of organizational and brand specific goals to maximize output.
- Manage the movement of rental fleet units:
- To replenish fuel in vehicles.
- To check vehicles in order to ensure safety and standard level of preparation quality.
- To respect cleanliness and vehicle checks criteria.
- To check the vehicles deliveries/collections and the car park occupancy
- To deliver and collect vehicles to clients. Obtain pick up and/or drop off details/schedules from CSR daily.
- To carry out inspection of vehicles at checkout/in time and complete condition report. A report must accompany each rental.
- To tag and put aside, in dedicated area, damaged cars and those flagged for sale.
- Properly test drive units are being received back from service department to ensure that the concerns have been resolved.
- To assist in optimizing sales and usage of fleet:
- Optimize opportunities wherever possible to increase rentals.
- To maintain good communication with Manager and Client Service Representatives and make any recommendations as to any additional work that is necessary to complete a job properly:
- All communication must be conducted in a courteous and professional manner with special attention to any part of all completed job that would cause the customer to be dissatisfied with the work rendered.
- To adhere to all established HSSE guidelines policies and procedures.
- To actively participate in training courses to maintain job knowledge and skills. Complete web-based training as specified by Europcar.
- To maintain and perform all essential duties and responsibilities assigned by Manager in line with Europcar and Company Policy Procedures.
- To perform all duties with is related to the above as requested by Management.
Education
- Minimum 3 CXC O’ Level Passes, inclusive of English A.
- Minimum three (3) years driving experience.
