SENIOR RISK ANALYST

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Risk Analyst to join our Risk Management team. The Senior Risk Analyst will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks across the organization, providing data-driven insights, supporting the development of risk mitigation strategies and driving the execution of the Group’s Risk Management Plan. This role requires a deep understanding of financial, operational, and compliance risk, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to the organization.
- Analyze and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and produce regular risk reports for senior leadership.
- Support the development, implementation and maintenance of the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework.
- Perform scenario analysis, stress testing, and sensitivity analysis to evaluate potential impacts of emerging risks.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure risks are identified, documented, and mitigated appropriately.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on risk exposure and compliance requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance risk models, methodologies, and tools to improve risk measurement.
- Provide subject matter expertise in risk management practices, policies, and procedures.
- Lead or participate in audits, risk workshops, and training sessions.
- Support knowledge-sharing within the team and across Risk Leadership
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, PRM, RIMS-CRMP, CRMA, CISM, CISSP, AI/ML are highly desirable.
- 5+ years of experience in risk analysis, financial services, banking, insurance, or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Sustainability/ESG would be considered a strong asset.
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles, regulatory frameworks, and financial instruments.
- Advanced analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in risk modeling tools, data analysis software, and MS Excel, GRC tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
