Operations Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing Administration, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE), and Facilities functions across all company locations. This role ensures efficient, compliant, and cost‑effective operations while supporting the cultivation of a strong HSSE culture. The incumbent will establish and maintain high‑quality standards in facilities management, workplace safety, procurement governance, and administrative services, and ensures services are executed with high quality, cost efficiency and strong internal service standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration Management
- Oversee administrative services ensuring efficient office support across locations.
- Monitor and control budget utilization for administrative operations.
- Manage mail distribution, office supplies, and asset inventory systems.
Facilities Management
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
- Manage contractor scheduling and ensure timely execution of repairs and services.
- Supervise installation and maintenance of office equipment, furnishings, and signage.
HSSE Oversight
- Lead and champion a strong HSSE culture across the organization.
- Leads emergency preparedness, evacuation drills, and disaster recovery coordination
- Chair the OSH Committee and support emergency response programme readiness.
Procurement & Governance
- Manage procurement and tendering processes in accordance with company policies.
- Review and approve service contracts in line with governance standards.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure contract adherence.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Facilities Management, or a related
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive operational improvements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in facility management systems and standard business software.
- Knowledge of OSH legislation and facility operations best practices
