POSITION SUMMARY
This position is required to solicit new business, perform assessment of new mortgage clients, obtain required document s for proposals and follow through transactions from approval to disbursement.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide prompt and quality Customer Service by demonstrating a high level of professionalism, courtesy and nitaitive in accordance with established guidelines and policies
- Prepare monthy mortgge status reports, including 1 month & 2 month in arrears.
- Perform credit and background checks on potential mortgage clinets
- Complete mortgage proposals for approval by the managing Director, Sector Head and Chairman
EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
- BA/Bsc Business Administration or related qualification
- MBA/Msc (or pursuing) will be an asset
EXPERIENCE
- At least three (3) years experience in a financial envirnment preferably a Bank or Mortgage Institution
