POSITION SUMMARY
Provides executive administrative and secretarial support to Managing Director/General Manager of the Company.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provides prompt and quality Customer Service by projecting and demonstrating a high level of professionalism, courtesy and initiative in accordance with established guidelines and policies
- Prepares correspondence for General Manager to include word processing/typing of letters, memos, forms, policies, and procedures (includes handling of confidential information).
- Provides administrative support for above to include telephone coverage, copier projects (including overhead preparation), mail handling, supplies control and necessary communications internally and externally.
- Schedules executive meetings and travel plans and updates GM on same on a daily basis.
- Prepares Board Papers, presentations and minutes of meetings as needed.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma in Administration or management.
• Executive Administrative Professional Certification from a recognized institution
TRAINING
• Strong Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access.
• Time Management/SupervisoryTraining.
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of two (2) years in an executive secretarial position.
• Experience in Financial Services Industry will be an asset
