POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing & Content Specialist supports the development and implementation of integrated digital marketing initiatives that drive growth, lead generation, and customer engagement. Working under the guidance of the Digital Strategy Lead, this role manages day-to-day digital activities across multiple channels, monitors campaign performance, and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective execution
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Content Development & Campaign Management
- Develop, write, and edit digital content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other online platforms in line with brand strategy and campaign goals.
- Assist with developing content calendars and campaign schedules in alignment with strategic brand goals.
- Support marketing leads in developing traditional and digital marketing materials.
- Repurpose longer form content (e.g., brochures, press releases, policies, articles) into engaging digital formats such as infographics, carousels, short videos, and reels.
- Ensure all content and campaign deliverables are aligned with the brand’s tone, style, regulatory/compliance standards, and business objectives.
Digital Campaign Execution & Channel Management
- Manage day-to-day posting and monitoring across company social media, email and web content updates.
- Collaborate with the agency to plan and review content calendars, posting schedules, and creative assets.
- Develop and execute email campaigns tailored to different audience groups, and track performance.
- Respond to comments, queries, and customer feedback in a professional and timely manner, coordinating with internal departments where necessary, in line with existing business KPI’s.
- Provide on-the-ground coverage for Company events (photos, videos, stories) for sharing on digital platforms
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar field
- Facebook certified/experienced
- Other digital marketing / advertising / strategy qualifications
- Content creation abilities an asset
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years working in Digital Strategy, Digital Marketing or Digital Customer Acquisition role
- At least 1 year creating and managing Google ads and analytics
