Responsible for providing administrative support to the department and customer service at first level. No decision making is required. Produces updates with data gathering
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Has demonstrates some knowledge of the Company’s products and procedures and understands the industry regulations and compliance as it relates to the provision of information and services to clients.
- Answers the telephone promptly in a professional and courteous manner and responds efficiently to the individual needs of the client and Agents, escalating to the Supervisor or Assistant Manager as necessary.
- Collates and reconciles daily incoming requests
- Administration of all routine functions related to Back Office processing (non-financial changes, Bonus Processing and Partial Surrender Processing), documentation, research and follow-up with relevant departments.
- Processing of routine/straight forward processes financial and non-financial changes.
- Receives clients request as required and updates client’s data.
