Primarily responsible for building relationships with key clients as well as Agents to support the growth and development of the portfolio. The role supports the customer service staff, utilizing excellent in-depth knowledge of company products and programs, as well as team members within the Customers Service Department.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 Ordinary Level Passes including Mathematics and English.
  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field an asset
  • Professional Insurance qualifications such as LOMA, ACS will be an asset

 

Experience     

  • At least 0-1 years’ experience in the Life Insurance Industry with at least 1 years’ experience in Customer Service
  • Customer service experience with an insurance provider may be necessary.

 

Training

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Customer Service Environment

 

Responsibilities

  • Provides prompt and quality Customer Service by projecting and demonstrating a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and initiative in accordance with established guidelines and policies.
  • Has demonstrated awareness of the Company’s products and procedures and has basic understanding of the industry regulations and compliance.
  • Maximize opportunities for introducing the Company’s products in an effort to achieve overall business development targets.
  • Completes Clients requests – updating profiles, routine requests, tracking requests.
  • Ability to tabulate records and complete and assist with routine reports according to standards required.
  • Review all agents’ documents as well as other administrative documents for Head Office
  • Screen and maintain new life policy applications on the system. Maintain Business Pending Business and Client Query Log and follow up on outstanding requirements with the agents and Head Office Departments on behalf of the agent and/or client.
  • Processing functions according to the Cash policy procedure, Standard Operating procedures and Company Procedures and policies.
  • Supports the administration of Agents’ production according to the standards established by Sales Administration.
