Join Our Team: Water Treatment Service Technician
ANSA McAL Chemicals Ltd. is seeking a Water Treatment Service Technician I to join our Water Treatment team.
This role is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and efficient water treatment services to major clients by maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving technical concerns, and identifying value-added solutions that support operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site testing and monitoring of water treatment systems.
- Troubleshoot system performance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Install, maintain, and calibrate water treatment equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and training to customers.
- Respond to service requests and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with Technical Sales teams to support customer solutions and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in EEET, Instrumentation, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in water treatment, industrial maintenance, or environmental services.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment systems and chemical handling.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business systems such as D365.
