As an Export Assistant, you will play a key role in coordinating shipping documentation, managing export processes, and ensuring compliance with international trade requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate export documentation and shipping records
• Process Customs Declarations and Certificates of Origin
• Coordinate shipments with brokers, shipping lines, and internal teams
• Track shipments and maintain export data for reporting and compliance
• Support insurance documentation and export-related financial tracking

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 CXC O’ Levels
• Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 1 year’s experience in logistics, administration, or export-related work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear communication skills and a proactive approach
